Farm to Table, neighborhood restaurant
Responsibilities and Skills include, but not limited to:
-EARLY MORNING prep cook and baker for production for the week
-Must have at least 2 years experience
-Line cook experience with knowledge of basic culinary skills
-Ability to execute professional cooking and hospitality service standards
-Perform kitchen maintenance and adhere to sanitation guidelines according to the NYC Department of
Health
-Knowledge of knife skills
-Experience working in fast-paced restaurants.
-Must be a fast learner, clear communicator, and team player.
-Someone who lives nearby is a plus!

-early morning baker
-prep cooks
-line cooks
-dishwasher
