Position Responsibilities:

 Act as the first point of contact for Bellozino clients which includes receiving and

responding phone calls, emails and any other forms of communication.

 Reviewing all written communication, daily/weekly events, and Banquet Event Orders to

determine hall setups, hall/station assignments, buffet décor and enhancements as they

relate to banquets set-ups.

 Working as the primary point of contact for party booking and being aware of the pricing

strategies to deal clients effectively.

 Supervising event hall setups, service and maintenance of all event spaces and

equipment.

 Performing the management of the inventory for events so that all party supplies, service

wares are up to date. Liaising with Finance for necessary purchases/procurements.

 Working with culinary team to ensure Menus for the upcoming two weeks are delivered

for their onward preparation.

 Creating and reviewing staffing levels to ensure guest service and operational needs are

met.

 Overseeing the execution of scheduled events; acting as the liaison between the dining

hall and kitchen, updating them with pacing of event, guest counts, allergies etc.

 Responsible for coordinating between Manager, Finance and clients so that clients are

billed accurately on or before the event.

 Communicating all changes within supporting departments like Kitchen/Catering Service

Provider, Finance, the Managing Partners (when it is deemed to be necessary) and

coordinating accordingly to make sure events are run smoothly.

Position Qualifications:

 A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Event Management with a background that has

similar quality standards, multi-outlet oversee is preferred.

 Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation methods and culinary terminology.

 Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish

is a plus.

 Must be able to use basic mathematical skills, budgeting, profit/loss concepts,

percentages, and variances

 Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; computer literate.

 Capable of making presentations and conversing with a diverse audience.

 Ability to remain flexible in determining a variety of problem-solving approaches.

 The ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company

philosophy, policies and applicable laws.

 Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and

holidays when necessary.

 Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of weight.

 Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, and move/walk about the

designated F&B area.

 Ability to stoop, bend, reach, grasp, hold objects, climb up and down stairs.
