We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Counter Person to join our team at our Greek-American takeout restaurant. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude, & great customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer phone calls and use the POS to take accurate orders
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery staff
Maintain excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
Strong phone communication skills
Cash handling experience
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
Flexible schedule a must
Speak English & Spanish
Starting pay is minimum wage, with opportunity for raises and overtime based on performance
