High volume GM with Restaurant and Specialty Coffee Experience Desired
East One Coffee Roasters is hiring!
Join our coffee-forward group in this exciting role as General Manager at our flagship location in Carroll Gardens.
You:
Have robust and innate hospitality experience at least five years in progressively responsible positions and a natural understanding for guest hospitality.
Are eager for the challenge of running a high-volume, fast paced and intentional coffee shop with an amazing daytime full service food and bar program and are interested in growing it.
Have experience with either specialty coffee or food service (preferably both!) and are committed to learn what you dont already know.
Have an in depth knowledge of New York City DOH standards and unwavering dedication to ensuring the successful annual A Grade we must always have.
Want the responsibility of running the show from driving profitability to staff hiring, development and training to choosing the playlist.
Are dedicated, unflappable, assertive and accountable.
We:
Have a fast-paced specialty coffee shop and daytime eatery at the center of our growing coffee roasting wholesale and retail business.
Emphasize hospitality above all else.
Employ a highly-skilled kitchen and wait staff that needs clear direction to be successful.
Try to do everything we do with intentionality and anticipate the same.
The Position:
Includes a competitive base salary and quarterly bonus for meeting profit targets
Is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance and results.
Includes paid time off (PTO) and group health insurance options.
Requires both long-term vision and hands-on implementation of hospitality goals.
