Cafeteria is looking for an executive chef to join our team.
The restaurant's cuisine is a modern take on American Comfort Food with a creative edge on American classics.
Job Description:
- Oversee culinary operation to ensure Cafeteria groups food standards, recipes, and procedures are being followed.
- Oversee menu development and food progression including specials and event menus.
- Responsible for all BOH.
- Develop maintain and implement training programs.
- Responsible for meeting food cost budget and BOH labor budget.
- Responsible for recruitment, performance and scheduling of BOH.
- Leads and maintains effective DOH standards.
- Oversees kitchen equipment and inventories.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate, direct and manage all staff.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
