Position Overview
We’re hiring a Back-of-House / Front-of-House hybrid team member. You don’t need years of experience, but you must have some basic kitchen comfort. We will train you thoroughly on all our systems.
This role includes:
Putting empanadas in the oven and finishing them correctly
Cooking steaks and handling hot equipment safely
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Handling customer orders with a positive attitude
Bagging, labeling, and preparing orders
Switching between BOH and FOH tasks depending on rushes
Potential for a pure BOH role if preferred
Who We’re Looking For
Some kitchen experience required
Hard-working, consistent, and able to follow systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks at once
Reliable with scheduling and punctuality
A team mindset
