Harlem's only full service vegan restaurant is currently seeking prep and line cooks with 2+ years of BOH experience. Our environment is high volume, fast-paced and full of love! Hard working individuals who are dedicated, self-starters and can keep up with our fast-pace are ideal for these positions. Ideal Candidates:
- 2+ years of full-service kitchen experience
- Considerable working knowledge of food preparation
- Prioritize cleanliness, timeliness, & food safety
- Have flexible/open availability, including weekends
- Display a positive & team oriented attitude
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, lift, and bend to maintain service area
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work well under pressure
