We are a growing healthy, gluten-free bakery seeking an experienced and passionate Gluten-Free Baker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of 100% gluten-free baked goods (breads, pastries, muffins, desserts, etc.)
Follow and develop gluten-free recipes with consistency and quality
Maintain strict gluten-free safety standards and prevent cross-contamination
Assist with recipe testing and product development
Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
Requirements:
Proven experience baking gluten-free products (professional or high-level home experience)
Strong understanding of gluten-free flours, binders, and techniques
Passion for healthy, clean-ingredient baking
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Food safety knowledge (Food Handler’s Certification a plus)
