Harold's Restaurant in the Arlo Hotel in SoHo is seeking a strong experienced sous chef for the Morning AM position. We are a Modern American restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services as well as events inside the Arlo Hotel. This is a working Sous Chef position and all candidates must have open availability, including holidays. Experience with meat and fish cookery, ordering, inventory, and kitchen management is required to be considered.
