Rucola restaurant is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our small team! We are a seasonal Italian restaurant in Boerum Hill whose focus is on highlighting what's delicious and fresh at that moment.
We work with small farms in NY and abroad to sustain our menu and our focus is on flavor and technique. Our chef and sous chefs have worked abroad at some of the worlds best restaurants and have a lot to share.
5 days/week, around 50 hours.
MUST HAVE: 2 years NYC restaurant experience. Michelin restaurant experience a plus, but not necessary.
