Torishin is looking for chefs and chef apprentices due to business success.
We are seeking an experienced Server, Chef and Assistant Chef at Yakitori Torishin. We are specialized in Yakitori (Chicken Skewers) one of the unique Japanese cuisines. We are the only Yakitori restaurant in the U.S. that has received a star from Michelin for seven consecutive years Michelin Japanese Restaurant. Customers are looking forward to the Japanese food culture and coming from many countries. This is a high-end restaurant and is very crowded.
You will be :
interested in learning Japanese traditional style yakitori.
able to work at least 3 days per week.
Chef Shift 4:30pm11:00pm
Those who could work long-term and have experiences in food industry, some knowledge in Japanese cuisine will be highly welcomed.
For server position, person who can work on Sundays and Mondays are highly welcomed.
Japanese language skill is a big plus but not necessary.
