Key Responsibilities
Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation
Support prep, service, and cleanup to ensure smooth daily operations
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
Uphold all DOH safety and sanitation requirements
Requirements
3+ years’ line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Ability to stay focused and organized in a busy service
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
