Looking for motivated, positive, hard working, passionate staff. Now hiring experienced Part Time/Full Time Line Cooks and a Sous Chef.
Come to Off The Block Kitchen & Meats: 11 Seville Blvd, corner of Montauk Hwy, Sayville to apply, bring resume and fill out an application. Mondays after 3pm. Tuesday - Sunday 10:30am - 8pm. Salary dependent upon experience. We offer benefits (paid vacation and sick days) and competitive salary.
Our place - We sell and serve a full line of top quality proteins, we in-house dry age, sausage making, rotisserie, carving station, prepared sides, vegs/starches. We are sourcing only the best, top quality and local products to help our community connect with farms. State of the art equipment in a NEWLY designed space and building. Open chef's kitchen and seating, and separate dining room. Food prepared from butcher side products, brunch, lunch/dinner, wine & craft beer. Kitchen closes at 9pm Sunday -Thursday, 10pm Friday & Saturday, open 8am-2pm Sunday Breakfast/Brunch, 4pm-9pm dinner service
