We are hiring a Part Time Morning Server for our Food & Beverage Team. Morning Shifts start at 6AM.

To provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all hotel guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to patrons.

Performs tableside buffet food service as required.

Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.

Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during the scheduled shift

Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift.

Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction.

Informs supervisor of guest comments/complaints.

Assumes 100% responsibility for quality guests' experience

Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.

Present menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant/bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.

Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.

Wash and sterilize glassware.

Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons.

Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to bar supervisor.

Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.

Assists in the set-up and break-down of tables when business demands are high.

Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.
