Job Details:
Work directly with Executive Chef to plan daily/weekly/future direction for restaurant and team
Work with a team of 1-2 sous chefs, and 25+ BOH employees
Assist in schedule duties and delegation of tasks
Expedite service and work on the line as necessary
Represent the Executive Chef in his absence
Job Requirements:
2-3 years experience as sous chef or higher role
Strong knowledge of all kitchen systems and roles
Ability to expedite 250+ covers & multiple events simultaneously
Ability to excel in all stations on the line in order to give proper instruction
Leadership through demonstration
Must be able to effectively uphold the Executive Chef's standards daily
