Award winning Dante seeks Executive Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.
The restaurant is 65-seats and open for lunch/brunch and dinner 7 days a week. Food is ingredient driven, focus on quality and lightly handled preparations. Although Italian based, food is light, clean and quality driven. Quality product and delicious food are the cornerstones of our food program.
Service style is fine casual, with an award winning beverage program that encompasses cocktails, wine, beer, coffee and non alcoholic.
We are looking for a responsible individual who is a team player that has experience working in a smaller, upscale / casual restaurant. This is a full time position paying great salary and benefits for the right candidate. The role directs, implements and maintains the culinary and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff while taking the necessary steps to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost containment, employee retention, cleanliness and sanitation.

Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in one star or equivalent kitchen
- Hands on operator with a focus on teamwork
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations.
- DOH Food Protection certified.
