Established restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team
We are both a destination & community restaurant with a menu that changes seasonally. The right candidate would be a creative individual with an even head and great leadership.
The position requires ability to fill in on all stations and teach those skills while continually monitoring quality of finished product but is primarily an expediting and administrative role.
Very reasonable work schedule inclusive of paid vacation. There is great potential for growth as well as wanted input to dishes, plates, hiring, systems, etc.
