What?
Private chef and owner looking to fill position of lead cook and sous chef for large commissary style kitchen. Preparation, production, and plating of restaurant quality meals produced in large volume from scratch.
Who?
Applicant must have the following:
-Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in high volume kitchen.
- Notable knife skills, understanding of different ingredients, recipe conversions, and standard cooking methods.
- Sustainable amount of knowledge of food safety practices and quality control.
- Must be available Friday- Tuesdays, part-time options also available.
