Our upscale multi speciality office is looking for a dynamic Treatment Coordinator (with a minimum of 3 yrs exp) 40 hrs a week.
Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and have advanced knowledge in Dentrix and have extensive knowledge about PPO dental insurance.
Job Description:
-Financial plan presentation to patient in regards to dental copays and out of pocket expense
-Excellent multi tasker
-Experience in dealing with insurance companies and being able to work around their stall tactics and get claims paid
-Excellent customer service in talking with patients about their accounts and past due accounts.
-Be a self starter and be a problem solver
-Be able to keep track patients to assure treatment acceptance by having systems in place to follow up
The candidate we are looking for a is a mature individual who believes is professionalism at all times.
After 6 months career benefits are offered which include health insurance, 401K, and disability insurance.

Great compensation package totaling up to $30/hr and not including bonuses.
