Job description:
I am seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor in the primarily personal injury office to join my team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders using chiropractic adjustments. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote overall recovery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their chiropractic needs.
Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate findings and treatment plans to patients and other healthcare professionals.
Administer chiropractic adjustments.
Monitor patient progress through observation and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients when needed.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care.
Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
Experience in acute pain management techniques and trigger point therapy.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and effective communication.
Ability to observe patients closely to assess their condition and progress accurately.
