Experienced Senior Home medication Manager RN or LPN
Sunshine Senior Residence is seeking an experienced individual help manage medication in our 5 Senior living residences in Stamford/Norwalk, CT.
We currently have five homes local in Stamford and one 10 minutes away in Norwalk. We are looking for a dynamic experienced LPN or RN nurse medication manager to join our team. If hired, you may be required to assist with, but not limited to, the following:
=Medication management
= Food ordering and budgeting.
= Staff supervision and training.
= Coordinating inside and outside activities within the 5 homes.
= Touring new prospective residents and managing our RESIDENT waiting list.
= Marketing to the community to identify and get referrals for new residents
= Maintenance of client files.
= Understanding of medication.
= Coordination of Doctors appointments and Nurse.
= Corresponding with residents families, and managing their expectations.
= Homes managed and serviced by Fairfield Family Care, Stamford CT.
All staffing is done through our home office
The position requires an RN or LPN or someone that is med certified with client relations experience, and a strong background in management in the healthcare industry. This job would require you to be in all 5 homes each day. This position does require back up on call- you must have a reliable and presentable vehicle to get to and from work. A company vehicle will be provided to you during working hours.
We have 5 Senior living residences with 4 residents in each home
Nursing experience and Med Management is a plus
Candidates must live and have knowledge within the greater Fairfield County area.
This is a Full Time SALARIED position with expense reimbursements.
