Hello,
We are a residential and commercial cleaning company in NYC. We are currently looking for an Independent Contractor to fulfill one of our cleaning contracts on the UWS. This would be a standing weekly cleaning of a small building (hallways, stairwell, and basement/laundry room).
Supplies will be at the building for you and provided. The clean will take place every Friday (time flexible as long as consistent). It should take no longer than 4 hours- most likely 3. The pay is $80.
Requirements for contractors:
Must have your own insurance
Must speak English
If you do a good job and are reliable there will be other opportunities for more cleans in both residential and commercial.
