Family Court Divorce Paralegal

We are a busy and growing law firm located in Queens, New York, seeking a Family Court Divorce Paralegal with 1–2 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with divorce and family law matters in New York Family Court and Supreme Court

Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents

Prepare documents to court

Manage case files and maintain deadlines

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a paralegal in divorce and/or family law

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required

Familiarity with New York Family Court procedures

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
