Immigration Legal Assistant/ Paralegal
MON- FRI, 9a-6p.
Candidate should have experience with employment and family based immigration filings. Prepare a full-range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients including: H-1B, H2B, L-1, TNs, PERMs, I-140s and I-485 applications. Knowledge of family based petitions is a plus.
Position requires answering phones, filing, scanning,typing and general office responsibilities.
Filing documents at government agencies
Excellent written/oral communication skills, excellent computer skills and the desire to learn- is a must.
Minimum level of education: Some college
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
