Our small law firm is looking for two of counsel attorneys:
Immigration/General Practice Attorney: This role requires drafting necessary paperwork throughout the case lifecycle, so efficiency and speed are essential. You will also interact with clients, write reports, and prepare litigation materials.
Securities Attorney: We need someone with substantial experience in registration statements, compliance filings, and M&A work throughout the project lifecycle. Attendance at Zoom meetings may be required.
