Litigation firm based in Florida with heavy Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) caseload seeking local counsel (to be "of counsel" to the firm) to assist with cases in the SDNY and/or EDNY. Of counsel attorney will assist with items requiring local presence, including attending court conferences, and perhaps more than that (DOE). The ideal candidate will be seeking to supplement his/her current legal practice, will have federal court experience, self confidence, ambition, and an interest in ADA litigation. Compensation may be hourly, or contingent, or a blended mix of both compensation types.
