Role and Responsibilities

  • Executes with precision high-profile cobranded marketing campaigns and paid advertising on behalf of Nasdaq-listed clients
  • Leadsexecution ofcobranded marketingproposals for clients across a range of sectors from tech to healthcare, finance, retail and beyond. Executions canincludecustom content,digitalandprintadvertising, TV, Out of Home, Streaming, and more
  • Works closely with Listings to support seamless execution of allvisibility experienceson a companys IPO Day
  • Collaborates with our media buyer to maximize the impact and ROI of client advertising campaigns by recommending a range of media specific to clients campaign goals
  • Provides keyinsights and recommendations on media planning, campaign best practices and tacticsin support of Nasdaq Listings and Corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborateswithinternalstakeholdersand teamsto develop project and event timelines and deliverables for clients
  • Oversees production and workflow of simultaneous projects to ensure timely and quality execution and client and internal approvals
  • Creates post-campaign reports, and works in partnership with Creative Strategists to create case studies and testimonial marketing content for use by Digital/Business Marketing and Listings Sales & Pitch teams
  • Collaborates across the Brand Studio team to execute on co-branded custom content proposals
  • Works closely with Onboarding Specialists and Nasdaq relationship managers to ensure a seamless client experience and transition from IPO to public company
  • Manages, designs and implements reporting processes and procedures to ensure a comprehensive and holistic view of all budget & campaign activity in support of client programs
  • Works with Client Marketing Associate to track marketing and event budgets for co-branded client projects to ensure programs are executed within budget
  • Supports project-related PO creation and requisitions

Youll Need to Have

  • Education Required:Bachelors Degree
  • Experience Required:3+ years of related full-time work experience
  • Client-facing project management experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of marketing or paid media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and adept atperforming deep data analysis and navigating Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and reporting
  • Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to pivot and manage shifting priorities
  • Customer service-oriented approach
  • Maintains a proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to ones work
  • A team player, who enjoys working with a wide range of team members and clients
  • Project management experience at a brand studio or agency is a plus
