Digital Marketing Specialist

Company Overview: We are a growing medical practice seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing who can think strategically and execute campaigns that drive measurable results. Primary responsibilities will include managing Google Ads, executing SEO strategies, and overseeing various digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Management (50%):

Offline Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor offline conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement of

campaign performance.

Landing Page Optimization: Create and optimize landing pages using Unbounce to maximize conversion rates.

CRM Integration: Utilize Zapier to integrate Google Ads with our CRM system, ensuring seamless data flow and

accurate tracking of customer interactions.

2. SEO Strategy & Execution (20%):

SEO Analysis: Perform comprehensive SEO analysis across our website, blog and online platforms. Utilize tools

like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to improve SEO performance.

Backlink Building: Identify and develop backlink opportunities to build domain authority.

Reporting: Provide monthly SEO reports and implement on-page and off page optimizations.

3. Social Media Marketing (10%):

Meta Platforms: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to increase

brand visibility and engagement.

4. General Digital Marketing (10%):

Cross-Channel Coordination: Assist with various digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all channels are integrated

and working together effectively.

5. Traditional Marketing (5%):

Print & Press: Coordinate paper press and other traditional marketing efforts.

6. IT & Technical Support (5%):

Assist with IT-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO, PPC, and content creation.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML and key SEO elements, including Schema implementation.

Tool Expertise: Proficiency with the following tools (or similar):

Google Analytics

Google Search Console

Page Speed Testing Tools

Keyword Research Tools such as SEMrush, AHREFs, etc.

Keyword Rank Tracking Tools such as SEO Clarity or STAT

Content Skills: Proven ability to create and optimize content, from meta tags to short-form copy, with a focus on

driving SEO performance.

Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress.

Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or CSS is a plus.
