Summary
As the VP of Product you will be a critical individual in shaping and driving the overall product strategy and roadmap and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Designers.

Description

• Drive product strategy and roadmap to ensure the long-term business needs are met


• Own the product function and be apart of a senior management team


• Identify and implement KPIs and metrics for the team, as well as, manage a team of Product Managers and Designers


• Work cross functionally with the product marketing and services teams on go-to-market efforts including training, release communication, internal and external marketing

Profile

• 10+ years of Product Management experience with a background in SaaS, Data Oriented, AI, ML


• Highly proficient in usage tracking and evaluation of user experience through AB testing, MVT and journey mapping


• Experience defining, launching and growing Enterprise or SaaS products as well as owning multiple product lines


• Experience mentoring/ managing larger teams
