At eko, we make great tech that tells great stories. We're the world's only choice-driven content creation and publishing platform, where we help brands build immersive worlds, and where independent creators can create seamless, interactive video experiences using our creative suite, eko Studio. Our clients include Walmart, P&G, Mattel, Coca-Cola, and more. Now, we need a Research Manager who is passionate about working on the cutting edge of tech and entertainment to help us build this whole new medium.

We are looking for a Research Manager to join the Data and Insights team at eko. Are you fascinated by human behavior, technology, and interactive user experiences? At eko, we approach everything in a unique way, including research. You will help conduct original primary research studies to better understand our users. You will work closely with the Research Director, managing custom research projects using a variety of methodologies from focus groups and UX research to concept testing and brand lift studies. As an integral part of the research team, you will provide insights to help inform creative and strategic decisions for Platform, Product, Marketing and Brand Partnership teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide valuable insights to key stakeholders across the organization to help inform decision making and product development.
  • Oversee the creation of presentation materials, providing creative feedback in order to tell stories from research results.
  • Manage the processes of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
  • Collaborate with research partners from start to finish on research studies.
  • Conduct user interviews for content and UX research.
  • Develop questionnaires and moderator guides for custom research.
  • Create and manage research calendars and budget trackers.

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS

  • A passion for understanding human behavior.
  • Experience with qualitative research (UX research and/or focus groups).
  • Experience with questionnaire design.
  • Great communication & writing skills, and an excellent proof-reader
  • A creative approach to problem solving.
  • An aptitude for math (statistical background is a plus).
  • Some experience in primary research for technology companies a plus.
  • A Bachelor of Arts, preferably in a related field.
