Queens, NY based gift basket producer seeks a seasonal shipping associate and licensed driver.
This role requires a lot of flexibility, a good attitude, and prior experience.
Responsibilities May Include:
Precisely check shipments to insure all products and shipping materials match invoice
Transporting raw materials to and from our Pennsylvania manufacturing facility
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving. Retain fuel/toll receipts
Maneuver truck or van into loading or unloading positions
Requirements:
Valid CDL, clean record
Proven work experience with truck driving (24ft box truck)
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
Open availability, working on call when needed
