We serve people with developmental disabilities. We provide person- centered focused services that respond to the needs of our Individuals and their families. Based on the assessment of each case, the caseworker will commence with case management in our Day Habilitation Services or Residential Services department.
Work with Individuals and direct support professionals.
Maintain up to date accurate documentation.
Minimum requirement: Associate degree. Bilingual.
One year caseworker experience preferably.
Health and Dental insurance for full time staff.
