Administrative Assistant Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-year experience in building certification, village/town/city permits
-Construction background/experience
-Knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
-Communication skills both verbal and written
-Ability to work a flexible schedule
-Detailed organization skills
Pay $20-24/hour
