OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR LOCAL ASTORIA NEIGHBORHOOD SMALL BUSINESS
We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of busy small office
Must have general computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, social media etc.
Knowledge of the Astoria Queens area is a plus
Duties include greeting clients in person and on the phone
Maintain electronic and hard copy records, answer emails and correspondence
Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, copying, etc.
Flexible hours, perhaps 11 am to 6 pm some weekdays, occasional Saturdays
Bilingual with some fluency in Spanish or Greek is helpful but not required
Part-time college student will be considered
