We're a multi-unit restaurant group looking for an enthusiastic and quick-thinking
Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate office. This role will support our Office/HR Manager. The ideal candidate is a friendly, self-motivated person with good judgment who can collaborate and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Schedule: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
KEEP RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admin: Supports the HR team with administrative tasks such as updating employee accounts, scheduling candidates, reference checks, and employee daily check-ins. During peak months, you’ll join us off-site to help at hiring events.
Office Support: Maintains office inventory for supplies and beverages by placing orders and restocking. Helps office Manager organize office events and lunches. Also adds visitors to building list.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent organizational/administrative skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required.
