Too much of my time right now is spent on tedious, office-y busywork Packing up and shipping out merch orders, coordinating with actors and crew for shoots, dealing with Patreon subscribers complaining that they didn't get their monthly reward in the mail, and so much printing
I can pay $18/hr and can guarantee 15 hours a week. How we split up those hours will vary week to week depending on your schedule and what's going on here at the studio (located in Bushwick).
The ideal candidate will be proactive about taking non-creative work off my shoulders so I can spend more of my time / energy on creative
Ideal candidate is someone who vibes with the work I create and wants to be involved long-term as my career grows (Not someone who just wants to make some chill extra income or is gonna leave the moment their own work starts taking off)
The ideal candidate is someone probably out of film school and knows their way around a callsheet and a set, but I'm flexible on that. Someone organized, practical-minded and consistent but still wants to be part of a creative industry.
Preferably not allergic to cats (I have one)
