The Assistant Property Manager will assist with the daily responsibilities of the Property Management Department.
Main duties are:
1. Rent collections
2. Lease renewals
3. Filing of legal
4. Answering phones
Other Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
1. Input purchase orders and process invoices
2. Run work order reports for review
3. Schedule maintenance appointments with residents
4. Coordinate building system preventive maintenance appointments for all NYC buildings
4. Process PM and maintenance staff expense reports
6. Compile PM and maintenance purchase receipts and supporting documentation for accounting
7. Prepare resident notification letters
8. Assist with inventory tracking
9. Prepare inspection schedules
10. Prepare Client Charge Notices
11. Update vendor information
12. Responsible for general office operations
MUST HAVE 2-3 years experience in property management
