ZZ Lashes and ZZ Massages is a Midtown Manhattan Day Spa. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with Sales experience. Front Desk Associates are the first point of contact, both via telephone and in person. First impressions are lasting and reflect the entire spa. Therefore, our Spa Associates are expected to be extremely influential in manners, appearance, knowledge and helpfulness. Your ability to sell packages and memberships is key to the success of this position.
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE and the ability to sell memberships and packages. It is as much a front desk job as a sales job as well.
Job Description:
Promote and model spa mission through appropriate appearance, words and actions
Absolute capability to work with others in order to build a strong team environment
Superior communication and telephone etiquette
Ability to schedule appointments accordingly
Ensure front desk is neat and orderly at all times
Computer proficient (Experience with Booker Spa Software or related is a plus, but not mandatory!)
Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management
Detailed knowledge of menu of services and pricing
Passionate about selling; engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience - effectively communicate
sales promotions, memberships, services and upgrade options
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging circumstances
Must be reliable and punctual

Working Hours:
Five days a week from 10 AM to 8 PM with a one hour daily lunch break. You MUST work one day on the weekend.
Your days off will be either Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.
