Our client, a leading financial advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Temp-to-perm Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of solid Executive Assistant experience, preferably within financial services. This is a fast-paced, high-touch role that requires strong discretion, exceptional organization, and a natural sense of urgency. The right person will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to anticipate needs before being asked. It is in person 5 Monday through Friday with ideal hours from 9am-5pm but the flexibility to work from 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm.
