Executive Assistant
2 roles – one in NYC and one in Miami, Fla
Our client, the largest Private Equity Firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of executives, which will include primary executive administrative support for and back up support for these gorgeous offices and they are all fantastic to work for/with! Candidates must have a minimum of 3-10+ years of experience working in a corporate office (ideally within financial services, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidates should be extremely polished and professional, highly organized, proactive, resourceful, hardworking, calm under pressure, accustomed to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Hybrid role – 4/1
Salary depends on experience (105 – 110K base), plus paid OT and year-end discretionary bonus.
Responsibilites
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites including all related logistics/materials – pro-actively address conflicts and exercise strong judgment based on priorities, seeking guidance as needed
Update DealCloud with relevant meetings
Experience booking complex international and domestic travel arrangements
Handle recruitment coordination and logistics for new employees on the team

Qualifications
Minimum 3-7 years corporate experience
Bachelors degree
Ability to thrive in a fast paced rigorous work environment
Team – oriented and collaborative attitude a must
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Tech savvy as well as strong MS skills
