Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Facilities Flex Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-6pm and this role is in the office five days a week at their Midtown office.Responsibilities:Manage inventory, stock office supplies and pantry itemsDistribute lunch, packages and mail dailyCoordinate desk moves and house a seating chartFacilitate office maintenance and repairs with building managementSource vendors and maintain relationshipsAssist with events and ad hoc tasksQualifications:Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in administration or facilities positionsA cooperative team player with great organizational skillsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $90K base depending on experience + bonus + OT100% company paid medical benefits3 weeks' vacationFree lunch every dayParking on siteBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
