Cadogan Tate New York Limited has an open position for a Front Desk Receptionist. The essential function of the role is to manage the Front Desk whilst providing general office and administrative support to the Client Services department. This role would ideally suit a highly organized candidate with experience working on the front desk as a receptionist and administrative assistant.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Granting access to the building and greeting visitors
Handling email and telephone inquiries, fielding and directing incoming calls
Sorting office mail
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Providing administrative support to the office
Assisting the VP of Client Services as required
Computer literacy and data entry experience
Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English
Ability to thrive in a busy environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Qualified candidates should be personable, punctual, professional, efficient, courteous, detail orientated, self motivated, reliable and excellent at multitasking.
This is a busy office, the team is highly professional and well spirited. This is a full time position, available immediately. After a successful trial period we would provide benefits such as; PTO, contributed healthcare, 401K plan. The position is salary based and hours are Monday through Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. The candidate must have proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
