Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Personal Assistant role located in Newark, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day schedule, organizing meetings, and handling confidential information. The Personal Assistant will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support, handle correspondence, and manage both personal and business-related matters on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role (Not Compulsory)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience in managing travel and accommodations preferred
Experience in handling high-profile individuals preferred
