Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at ABC. As a Bail Bonds Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, interacting with clients, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation and completion of bail bond applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.

Data Entry: Enter client information into our computerized system accurately and maintain up-to-date records.

Filing and Organizing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and compliant with legal requirements.

Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, court appearances, and meetings with clients and attorneys.

Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and bail agents to facilitate smooth communication and ensure the timely processing of cases.

Financial Transactions: Process payments, fees, and financial transactions accurately and securely.

Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to bail bonds and ensure our office operates in compliance with all legal requirements.

General Office Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.

Previous office or customer service experience is preferred.

Knowledge of the legal system, particularly bail bonds, is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Ethical and professional conduct at all times.

Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Pay: $22.68 - $24.63 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
