Our client, a Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Junior Compliance Assistant. This role will be in office 4 days per week with 1 day work rom home. Hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility for overtime.Duties:Create company profiles in SalesforceProvide assistance to General Counsel: calendar, travel, trainings, projects, invoices, and other dutiesInput expenses in ConcurOrganize visitors/vendor logProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailTrack employees investments, pensions, and due diligence with compliance Manage and know the different policies, activities, schedules of the office for complianceAd hoc projectsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree highly preferredMinimum 1+ years of administrative experience preferably with a legal tieExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailForward thinkingCompensation/Benefits:Salary up to $75k, hourly rate in lineHealth, vision, and dental covered by employerBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
