Job Description
Generate and track invoices and make payments.
Ensure clients are billed correctly for the services offered.
Follow up invoices sent to clients or affiliates.
Communicate with clients/affiliates to answer invoices related questions.
Keep drivers’ files updated and well organized.
Help in coordinating events (greater).
Requirements:
Basic understanding of billing and invoices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with accounting software; QuickBooks experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $17 up to $20 per hour
