We are a small commercial organization seeking a Part/Full Time Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
. Servicing existing accounts, establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
. Researching and calling on existing or potential new customers.
. Submitting Estimates and orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results such as daily calls report.
Your Experience:
. Previous Customer Service in a small business office environment (preferred)
. Computer skills, (Microsoft Word, Excel and Quick books, preferred)
. Friendly, customer service focused attitude.
. Ability to work in fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5 pm or 8:30-3:00 pm
