Qualifications:
Experienced as an administrative assistant.
Pays attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Be available for a quick turnaround.
Prepare spreadsheets and other organizational tools to help facilitate projects.
Assist in the preparation of bid packages.
Create expense reports and billing.
Experience in construction business preferred but not required.
