Entry level Personal Assistant/Office Admin opportunity at a startup Managed Services Provider with lots of career opportunities in the future.
Office Admin duties:
Support office staff and managers with general operational tasks
Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events
Help around recruiting/onboarding/HR
Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
Answer phones in a professional manner
Direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
Send and receive outgoing mail and packages
Send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
Manage communication of information in and out of the office
Monitor office supplies and equipment; order and re-stock as needed
Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Run out-of-office errands
Various holiday season duties
Manage expenses
Personal Assistant duties:
Run personal errands
Send reminders and keep me organized
Customer service requests
Gift shopping
Grabbing lunch
Supervise contractors at office and home
Organizing events
Booking travel and accommodations
Sending letters/packages
Qualifications:
Russian/English bilingual
BS/BA Degree preferred
2+ years experience as a personal assistant and/or office admin
Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
Technology savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Great communication skills both written and oral
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter who works well independently and with other team members
Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills
Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
Professional demeanor
Hours: 9am to 6pm.
