About Us: We are a dynamic and growing cleaning service company committed to providing top-notch cleaning solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Manager of Sales and Office Operations to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual who can lead our sales efforts and manage office operations, working closely with HR, cleaners, and the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and lead a team of salespeople. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members work efficiently and effectively.

Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales department and the office. Manage sales data, support HR processes, and ensure all operational processes run smoothly.

Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and providing excellent service.

Training and Development: Train new sales employees, provide ongoing coaching, and support the team in achieving their sales targets. Coordinate training programs for office staff and cleaners as needed.

Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, maintain employee records, process payroll, and prepare reports for management. Provide general administrative support to the manager and the team.

HR Coordination: Work closely with the HR department to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment by working closely with the entire team. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments.

Problem Solving: Identify issues or challenges, propose solutions, and implement strategies to resolve problems effectively.

Performance Evaluation: Participate in employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize outstanding contributions. Work on areas identified for improvement with the team.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Decision Making: Make operational decisions in the absence of the manager, analyze situations, and take appropriate actions to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and office management, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team and office staff.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to make informed decisions and implement strategies effectively.
